The 15-inch MacBook Pro was equipped with a quad-core Intel Core i7 processor and a Radeon Pro video card in the 450/455/460 modification, 16 GB of RAM and built-in memory from 256 GB to 2 TB. MacBook Pro 13 is characterized by a more modest dual-core Intel Core i5 and Intel Iris Graphics 540 or 550. The asset also has 8 or 16 GB of RAM and from 256 GB to 1 TB.
Prices for the new MacBook Pro 2016 start at $1,799 for the 13-inch model, and $2,399 for the older 15-inch model.
