Devices from Wiko, a new Russian manufacturer, appeared in M.Video and Eldorado stores. It is a French brand that has been owned by the Chinese manufacturer Tinno Mobile Technology since 2017. Wiko became the first smartphone brand to enter the country since February.
So far, only one product of the brand is available for purchase – the Wiko T3 4/128 GB smartphone. This is a basic device based on Mediatek MT6765 2.3 with a 6.6-inch display, a 5,000 mAh battery and a triple camera (48 MP main module plus a pair of 5 and 2 MP plugs). It costs 12,999 rubles, but at the start of sales, the black version is available at a discount.
In the future, they plan to bring other models of Wiko smartphones, as well as headphones and accessories, to Russia. By the end of August, the brand’s equipment will also appear in Megafon.
