Folding Xiaomi Mix Fold 2 will be presented in August

According to recent leaks, the presentation of the foldable Xiaomi Mix Fold 2 will take place in the coming weeks – in the same month as rival Samsung and its Galaxy Fold series of foldable devices.
Xiaomi Mix Fold 2, like its predecessor, will be the company’s most expensive smartphone. It will be equipped with 12 GB of RAM, 512 GB or 1 TB storage, as well as a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor – exactly the same as that of the main competitor, Galaxy Fold 4.
The inner screen is 8 inches and the outer screen is 6.5 inches. Both are made using LTPO technology with a resolution of 2.5K and a frequency of up to 120 Hz.
According to sources, the new Xiaomi smartphone turned out to be thin enough for a foldable form factor. Only one half of it turned out to be a little thicker due to the charging socket located in it.
The Mix Fold 2 is also credited with the main 50-megapixel camera with Leica optics and the new Xiaomi Surge C1 image processing chip. One of the selfie cameras, apparently, will be sub-screen.
There is no data on the cost of the device yet, but most likely the device will be much cheaper than the Galaxy Fold 4.
